All of our prints are carefully crafted and made-to-order, ensuring that each piece receives the attention it deserves. We take great care in packing and handling your art to ensure it is delivered to you in pristine condition.

Damage

In the rare instance that your prints arrive damaged, rest assured, we'll swiftly replace them at no additional charge. Should you notice any visible damage or signs of tampering upon delivery, kindly ensure that this is documented with the delivery company before acknowledging receipt of your order.

Your satisfaction is paramount to us at Curat'd Walls. If you happen to encounter any defects in your art print that leave you less than thrilled, we extend a 7-day grace period for returns or exchanges. Simply reach out to us within this window, and we'll be delighted to assist you promptly. Your happiness with your purchase is our top priority.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Process

  1. Contact Us: To initiate a refund, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your art print. Please provide real time photographs or a video to us of the damage so that we can make an initial assessment. You can reach us through our Contact Us page on the website.
  2. Return Authorisation: Once your request is received and approved, we will provide you with a return authorisation number and instructions on how to return the item.
  3. Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Please ensure that the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
  4. Inspection: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure that it meets the eligibility criteria outlined above, we reserve the right to refuse returns on any item that does not meet acceptable standards, as per our policy. 
  5. Refund: If the item is approved for a refund, we will process the refund to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days. 

Exclusions

Please note that certain items are not eligible for a refund, including custom or personalised prints.
