Shipping policy

We offer complimentary shipping on all print only orders Australia-wide above $99. Shipping for orders below $99 is charged at flat rate of $15.95 Australia-wide. Shipping for Framed Prints will be charged at flat rate which is specified on the product page depending on location within Australia. 

At Curat'd Walls, we strive to dispatch your order as swiftly as possible. Therefore, all orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days following the receipt of your order confirmation email, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Once your order has been dispatched, shipping timeframes across Australia are between 5- 13 business days depending on location. These may differ during peak periods. For more information, please contact us. 

All items are crafted upon order. The frames for each framed print are handcrafted by expert framers in Melbourne. You'll be notified via email with tracking details once your order is dispatched.

We provide free standard shipping on all print only orders Australia-wide above $99, standard shipping costs for framed artworks will be calculated at the shopping cart. 

A notification email will be sent to you when your order has been handed over to the courier for delivery.

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide delivery to PO Box addresses or Locker Boxes due to the size of some pieces.
